Please note: These tubes are filled by hand.  From time to time the crimping process will cause pressure inside the tube and when puncturing the tip, it can cause a portion of the contents to come out rapidly.  We make every effort to prevent this from happening but sometimes it still happens.  Please try cooling the tube (half hour in the fridge) before opening for the first time.
