Having trouble logging in?  Here are some Login Tips:

• We do NOT use email addresses for your Login Name.  If WE set up your account after you made a purchase in the past, we probably used half of your email address (e.g. if your email address is JimBob434@hotmail.com, we probably set your Login Name to "JimBob434" without the @hotmail.com)

• If you are sure that you registered an account but forgot your password, try going here:  https://www.rxpalace.com/LOGIN.shtml and select the "Lost Password" option and your password will be emailed to you.

• If all else fails, shoot us an email at Services@RxPalace.com and we'll try to help you out.

• Note that any product on our website can be ordered without logging in.  You can even get your discount on Rx Products by choosing "Established Client" for that product.  However, if we don't find your name in our client database we'll charge you the full, New Client price when we process your order.
