UPLOAD YOUR Photo ID
If you have not previously sent us your photo ID within the past 2 years, or if your ID has changed (e.g.
expiration date, address, name change):
Scan or take a legible digital photo of your driver's license, or other photo ID
issued by a State or Federal government.
Make sure all 4 corners of your ID are visible and in focus.
Save your photo in JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, PDF, or HEIC (iPhone).
The address must be the same as your shipping address. If not, follow the instructions on the automated
email you received.

PASSPORTS:
If sending a Passport, you'll need to send an additional form of ID as
well that shows the shipping address you used when you placed your
order.

MILITARY
ID: RxPalace supports our military! If sending a Military
ID, we'll also need a copy of a lease or utility bill that shows your
name and shipping address.

We will keep your information securely on file.
Once
we confirm receipt of your photo ID we will ship your order as quickly as
possible. You will be sent an email with your tracking information for
your package.
You
will only need to send a copy of your ID once. After we have verified it,
you may order additional pseudoephedrine-containing products without sending
another copy for up to two years or for as long as the photo ID sent is valid
(not expired).
IMPORTANT: If you're new here and don't have a registered account, we will create one
for you and assign a user name, or you can create an account yourself and choose
your own user name now. When re-ordering, it is best to log-in to
your account to have the best online experience. However, you can also re-order by returning to our home
page and clicking on the graphic of the item you want or by using the menus at
the top.
