One last step...

 

Effective immediately, before we can process your order you'll need to send us a copy of your photo identification (driver's license).  You only need to send this to us ONE time.  After that we will keep your information securely on file.  We are pleased to offer three options by which you may satisfy this government requirement.

  1. Scan or take a legible digital photo of your driver's license, or other photo ID issued by a State or Federal government, and email a copy to Services@RxPalace.com  (RECOMMENDED METHOD)

  2. or Fax a copy of your driver's license, or other photo ID issued by a State or Federal government, to the following number:  1-941-296-7447.  (poor quality or illegible copies will delay your order)

  3. or Mail a copy of your driver's license, or other photo ID issued by a State or Federal government to the following address:

Once we confirm receipt of your photo ID we will ship your order as quickly as possible.  You will be sent a tracking email for your order via the US Postal Service.

 

You will only need to send a copy of your ID once.  After we have verified it, you may order additional pseudoephedrine-containing products without sending another copy for up to two years or for as long as the photo ID sent is valid (not expired).
